It's been months and I've called customer service, written emails to financial corrections department and still haven't received my refund. Called paypal since I've never seen the money coming back, and they told me there was no refund and I need to get the transaction id from Urban Outfitters. Wrote and called. 9 Jul 2014 - Urban Outfitters replied repeating their "30 day limit on all non-receipt claims" 10 Jul 2014 - I filed yet another complaint as it was ridiculous that Urban Outfitters expected their customers to bear the costs of their terrible courier service 14 Jul 2014 - Urban Outfitters suggested for me to report the case to the Police (what?!)

Urban Outfitters is a great store, no doubt about it, but this app can be a little sketch.
